Installation
We have a professional installation team available who are experienced, friendly and efficient. They’ll have your new Ecotile floor laid and ready for you to use in a matter of hours. All whilst causing as little
disruption to your operations as possible.
We also offer comprehensive advice if you’re installing Ecotile yourself. Plus, we work with a network of trade and flooring contractors, so however you want to install your new floor, we canhelp find the right solution for you.
Delivery
What shipping options are available and who are the couriers?
a) Smaller orders that contain less than 15 metres squared of flooring will be shipped as a Parcel via DHL.
b) Larger orders will be shipped on a pallet via The Pallet-Track network. Prices will vary depending on pallet size and quantity.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Please note, the following information only applies to products that are readily available in our warehouse. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we have stock available all of the time due to high demand. Although our online store may still say that the product is in stock, there will be a delay in your delivery if we need to manufacture your order. You will be informed of any such delays.
a) Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12pm GMT will be despatched the same day and will usually arrive within 1-2 days.
b) Orders placed Monday to Thursday after 12pm GMT will be despatched the following day, and will usually arrive 2-3 days after your order is placed.
Any orders placed Saturday, Sunday or after 12pm GMT on Friday will be despatched the following working day.
What is our average lead time if a product needs to be manufactured?
a) The manufacturing schedule is completely dependent on our current situation. If your product is not in stock, orders can take up to 5-7 days to be delivered. You will be notified of this as soon as possible.
How do goods arrive?
a) Orders delivered on a pallet are boxed and shrink-wrapped before they are carefully loaded by a fork truck onto the lorry. If we do not deliver your order on a pallet, it will be packaged in an appropriately sized box. Please note, your pallet may arrive on an articulated lorry; if you do not think your road is easily accessible by a large vehicle, it is your responsibility to let us know, so we can arrange an alternate solution before we dispatch your order.
If a smaller vehicle is required, the courier may apply additional charges which will be invoiced to the customer before delivery is made. If you would like to discuss delivery beforehand, please call us on 01582 310 705.
Pallet deliveries are curbside only. It is your responsibility to move or unload the pallet into your home.
Where do we ship from?
a) All of our products are manufactured and shipped from our factory based in Luton, United Kingdom.
International shipping
a) We do not offer international shipping on our website. If you require shipping outside of the UK, please contact us and our experienced team will advise you on this process.
What if I'm not going to be home to receive my delivery?
a) We kindly request that customers inform us if they will not be present at the property during the estimated delivery window, as the majority of our deliveries are scheduled as a special (large goods) service. It is the customer's responsbility to let us know If there are any concerns regarding delivery dates. We urge customers to contact us promptly to arrange a mutually convenient date either prior to or shortly after placing their order.
b) In instances where customers aren't home or are unavailable to accept delivery of palleted and large items, and where there is no secure location to leave the pallet, we reserve the right to levy a redelivery charge.
